Ingredients
- 50 ml White Rum
- 10 ml Vanilla syrup
- 10 ml Passion fruit
- 10 ml Ginger syrup
- 10 ml Cold Brew Coffee
- Scotsman medium gourmet ice for the preparation (mixing glass stir)
- Scotsman nugget ice for presentation
- Mint and Ginger slices for garnish
Method
- Put all the ingredients in the shaker.
- Add Scotsman medium gourmet ice cubes and shake it up.
- Fill up a tall glass with nugget ice.
- Strain to pour cocktail and enjoy!
