Turning Turbofan up to 20

Traditionally, our fantastic range of Turbofan 20 Series convection ovens featured only manual controls. However, to give chefs over the country even greater control over their cooking, you can now purchase these stackable machines with our One Touch panels. This puts the range in line with our 30 Series as well, which features the versatile touch-screen Turbofan E33T5, capable of both convection baking and steaming.

What are the benefits of having One Touch control?

There are a number of reasons why having easy-to-use touch panels are beneficial in the fast-paced world of cooking. Training new staff, for example, requires both time and money. The Australian Bureau of Statistics stated in its research that the average expenditure per employee on training was around $458 (not including time costs from your other staff used to teach them).

However, with One Touch technology installed on your Turbofan commercial cooking equipment, you can easily set up preset temperatures, times, fan speed and moisture levels. This means that a newer employee won’t need to know a recipe off by heart, but instead just needs to follow the icons and turn on the correct setup.

This mean you can cook at different levels to get the perfect results, or even mix up moist and dry heat in the One Touch range. In the 30 series, individual shelf timers can be established so you can cook a variety of dishes all at once, without worrying about checking constantly because they require different cooking durations. All of this combines to give you the ability to expand your menu offerings and increase productivity – you won’t need to focus on the cooking equipment, just the food.
