The Pani Clima range excels by providing regulated, light and moderate air flow that slowly surrounds the dough, making it the ideal environment for baking a variety of breads. This prover range is adaptable to all types of fermentation using fresh or frozen dough.

The Paramount retarder provers are available in single and double door models, constructed in durable stainless steel and fitted with sight windows as standard. They also feature reach-in cabinets with adjustable shelves and are supplied on wheels for easy installation, placement and cleaning.
