MasterChef: The Professionals makes a new partner with Moffat

Moffat is proud to be selected as a production partner for the latest season of Australia’s preeminent culinary television series, MasterChef: The Professionals.
The season is hosted by acclaimed chef Marco Pierre White and esteemed food critic and MasterChef Australia host Matt Preston. The variation this season, the ‘professionals’ of the title, are the 18 qualified chefs who’ll be competing in the toughest cooking environment.
As the latest addition to the MasterChef brand, ‘MasterChef: The Professionals’ promises to deliver both high intensity and incredible culinary creations. The new, purpose-built kitchen will set the stage for what promises to be a high stakes competition.
MasterChef: The Professionals is the latest addition to the MasterChef Australia series with lots of intensity and incredible results appearing in the brand new, purpose built commercial kitchen. Moffat has now joined this season as the exclusive commercial cooking partner for the show.

The alignment of the two companies is a natural match; both recognise the passion and energy in restaurants, food businesses and individuals who push the boundaries to produce exceptional food.
Moffat supplied the equipment and is now providing ongoing support to the Melbourne set. The kitchen provides a full set-up for competitors, with a Waldorf low back cooking equipment line, Turbofan Convection Ovens, Convotherm Combination Steamers, Paramount Planetary Mixers and Friginox Blast Chillers and Blast Freezers.
MasterChef: The Professionals airs in Australia from 7.30pm AEST every Sunday, Monday and Tuesday on channel Ten.
