We welcome you to our Autumn edition of Moffat Connection 2015 to share with you the news bulletin for the food industry around the world.
At Moffat we’d like to think of our equipment as a memento of our relationship with our customers and often installation of our equipment can pose some exciting challenges which are likely to be different in each kitchen. As such our industry continues to learn and innovate new methods of doing business, which is why we introduced Moffat Connection, to showcase success stories from our customers so the industry can stay in touch, keep up to date and learn from some of the leading influencers from within our industries.

- We had an interesting chat with Peter Tischhauser, Food Service Team Leader at Acacia Prison as he shares his interesting story on how he manages 70 prisoners in Acacia Prison's brand new kitchen installation
