The recently completed renovation of the Panthers World of Entertainment venue has created a new focus for the community and an outstanding setting for members and guests. A big part of the continued success for the location is nestled inside the main entrance - the Osso Steak and Ribs Restaurant.


Opening its doors in 2009, the restaurant quickly hit its stride, attracting a loyal corporate and local clientele. The new-look location features a chef’s table, private dining room and relaxed lounge area ideal for private parties or supper clubs. In a move guaranteed to appeal to those with a sweet tooth Osso also features an exclusive chocolate bar.




The restaurant seats up to 143 people during breakfast, lunch or dinner menus along with the main bar. It’s a big job, but Managing Director Clayton Jude has experience and equipment on his side.

Clayton began his career in the hotel and clubs industry before moving into contract catering and seizing a subsequent opportunity to open his independent restaurant. Helping his daily work is a kitchen fit-out ideally suited to the often-frenetic pace.

To compliment and enhance the small footprint of the kitchen the Waldorf 800 Series target top, fryers and chargrill were chosen, along with a Washtech dishwasher and Convotherm combi steamer. Convotherm’s disappearing door enables staff to operate the oven whilst keeping the walkway clear for others to operate.
