Griddles

Heavy-duty gas and electric commercial griddles are designed to deliver top performance in any foodservice application. Our heavy-duty griddle plates are a 20mm thickness for maximum heat retention and distribution. Thermostatically controlled for setting accurate temperatures and griddles plates are available in smooth or ribbed, or machine-finished mild steel plate. A new mirror chrome surface option is also available, choose from smooth or ribbed, minimises heat loss by trapping more heat on the cooking surface.

Gas griddles are available in 300mm, 600mm, 900mm and 1200mm combinations. Electric griddles are available in 300mm, 600mm and 900mm combinations.

All commercial griddles are finished in stainless steel and can be matched with ranges, fryers, Bratt pans, target tops and barbeque grills for a complete commercial kitchen solution.
